How to Scan Your Mortgage Documents

It's extremely important to properly scan your documents so they are clear and legible for the underwriter. If they are not, unfortunately we'll have to ask you to scan them again. If you follow these steps, you'll be likely to provide high quality scans that we can use to process and underwrite your loan file!

1. Choose a scanning method.
2. Place your document on a contrasting and clutter-free background.
3. Ensure all edges of your document are included in the photo.
4. Scan all pages of each document.
5. Upload your documents to the loan portal.
