Ways to Submit Mortgage Documents

As with any mortgage transaction, we will need to collect documentation from the borrower in order to submit the file to underwriting. While our preferred method of receiving documents is through your loan portal, we understand this may not always be possible. In order to protect your personal data, please never send your documents through unsecured email. Instead, you may choose from the following options.

1. Upload to your loan portal.
2. Request your processor to send you a secure link through text.
3. Request your processor's fax number.
4. Overnight hard copies of your documents to the mailing address found in the footer of this webpage.

If you are having difficulty scanning your documents, please collect all of the documents you need to scan and schedule a time to meet with our support team.
